Our customer service is at your disposal ! Before submitting your request, please check its eligibility by consulting our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. And then send us your request by email to serviceclient@alcopa-auction.fr indicating the registration number and all the elements that will allow us to provide you an answer as soon as possible.
Reminder: The repair costs inherent to the defects noted on the vehicle description sheet, the photos or the technical inspection remain the responsibility of the buyer. Any reservation concerning a vehicle sold by ALCOPA AUCTION must be clearly mentioned in writing on the release note (or waybill/CRM). Failing this, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the vehicle as is, and shall not be entitled to make any claim whatsoever. The vehicles with the opening bid under €3.000, over 10 years old or over 200.000 KM can’t be the subject of a request.
